Katharina Schmitt is a pioneer in the diamond industry – since 2007, she has consistently followed innovative paths. Katharina has a clear vision: new rules for a traditional industry. Her goal is more than just diamonds – it’s about fair working conditions, traceability, and true responsibility, especially for the diamond polishers in India. Women empowerment instead of greenwashing.
